a fun filled Ranch Birthday Party
with horses on a 24 acre ranch
with 12 years of experience!
Minimum Party age is 2 years old!
Party will be fully decorated upon arrival
*All decorations must be horse friendly so I cannot have anyone bring decorations to their party*
2 HOUR long party
Activities & Schedule Order:
-Ride a horse
-Snack break for children
-Brush a horse
-Make a super fun horse treat OR
finger paint a horse (warm months only)
(Please be advised:
if booking a character it will replace
either making a horse treat or finger painting
so that the children get their special time with that character)
-Open presents
-Cupcakes or cookies

ONLY WHAT WE HAVE TIME LEFT FOR.

A NON REFUNDABLE $100 DEPOST DUE AT BOOKING TO HOLD YOUR PARTY
Any cancelations or changes made to your party you will NOT receive your deposit back
Cancellation: Your $100 deposit is non-refundable. We will contact you and charge you for the remaining balance of your party 2 weeks before your party date. Once the remaining balance is paid, it is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, we will retain entire payment but can discuss rescheduling IF our calendar allows but there are no guarantees.

*SUMMARY of what is included with each party:
- Designated party area with four large picnic tables (two tables for children two for adults)
- Fully decorated party: either pretty pony or cowboy woody theme
- Party activities: Horseback riding, brushing a horse, making a fun treat for the horses or finger painting a horse (weather permitting)
What YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE for your party:
*NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON PREMISES -THANK YOU*
- Drink & Snack: Ranch approved drinks & snacks include water bottles, capri-suns, soda, chips, donuts, pizza, smuckers uncrustables/sandwiches & anything from SWEET PEAR GRAZING (think easy to eat picnic style as we are outdoors)
- If needed: You will need to bring/provide your own plates, utensils & napkins -NO BALLOONS (they are a spooking hazard to horses)
- Cupcakes, cake pops or cookies -We recommend Kake_pops_by_Kerrie find her on Instagram -NO CAKE!! (cakes melt with the outside temperatures and are messier to cut/pass out & makes for a sad birthday boy or girl)

IMPORTANT party info:
For each party we have an allotted amount of time for riding at the beginning of the party. HOWEVER, we have had many parties where some children end up being too afraid to get on the horse and we have even seen the birthday child fear getting on and not wanting to ride. We do not specify how long the riding time is for this reason as we adjust to each party/children. For example, if we end up with a party where several children including the birthday child are too afraid to ride we will wrap up our riding to move onto something everyone will love and enjoy because being happy and having fun with horses is what our birthday parties are all about!!
If you are planning on having a party I will need the date one month MINIMUM in advance (two or more months recommended). Not all dates of you're choosing are guaranteed. Rafter D Ranch has a lot of events going on, so dates must be cleared first with the ranch owner before we begin to plan the party.
