Student Helper Program
Unique opportunity for students to learn responsibility.
Ages 12-16
4 week long program
Programs will change based on different responsibilities each month. Ranch work never ends and always changes with the seasons.
All students that we work with we hope to empower, educate, and inspire. We hope to help your child to develop a good sense of responsibly in their future experiences in the work force.
This program is a fun way for your child to engage in a meaningful ranch community, through real-world ranching and child education.
During these programs your teen may experience:
- Helping set up/clean up our class materials
- Helping clean stalls
- Helping with cows
- Helping set up children activities
- Helping brush Horses
- Helping with clear a pasture of any choke-able debris for our baby calves
- Helping with barn cleaning/fixing
- Helping turn out horses
- Helping clean horse tack/equipment
- Helping feed the horses
- And more!
This program not only gives teens hands on experiences but teaches teens to believe in themselves, set goals and work hard. Our goal is to impresses the value of respect, determination and the importance of responsibility. Our hope is to give your teen the tools they need to successfully navigate life.
***Once students have been through our program they will be eligible for our volunteering sign ups for our our large events
(some students may need volunteering hours for school or other youth programs)
